Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for night-shift initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teamsâincluding development, QA, and operationsâto ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time to minimize impact on the 24/7 operational flow.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and team members regarding project status, blockers, and key deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a preference for experience in IT, Software Development, or 24/7 Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proven track record of successfully managing night shift teams or complex operational projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
