Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency strategies to ensure project continuity
- Stakeholder management through regular reporting, presentations, and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex technology initiatives
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
