Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level progress reporting through JIRA/Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Drive continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on-time and within budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Austin-based candidates preferred (no remote work)
