Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum neural networks for hybrid classical-quantum computing environments
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum cryptography and simulation
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on open-source quantum frameworks
- Author patents and publish in Nature Quantum journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
