Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for technology integration and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage technology access
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Knowledge of global tech policy and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
