Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational models
- Lead cross-functional teams developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in government/private quantum computing grants
- Establish ethical protocols for quantum-AI deployment
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 5+ years research experience
- Published peer-reviewed work on quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors (IBM, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Expertise in error correction and fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Leadership in managing distributed research teams
