Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum-classical hybrid model development
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production-ready quantum AI solutions
- Develop patentable intellectual property in quantum neural networks
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
