Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that leverage Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize legacy workflows.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all AI-driven initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define performance benchmarks and metrics to measure the success of AI implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
