Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in quantum machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor performance
- Translate research findings into scalable commercial solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and neural networks
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
