Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (NeurIPS, QIP, or Nature journals)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
