Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI optimization techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI solutions for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical roadmap for 2026 quantum-AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum/AI research domains
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
