Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures and error correction frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Research and implement novel quantum hardware-software integration techniques
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and AI
- Establish quantum security protocols and ethical governance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance systems design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and qubit manipulation
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
