Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for cryptographic systems and machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with materials science teams to optimize quantum processor stability
- Develop simulation environments for quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum computing symposiums
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes research environments
