Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols

- Optimize quantum algorithms for specific industry verticals (finance, healthcare, logistics)
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptography
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with quantum simulators and error mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, group theory, and topology
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Track record of leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
