Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum solutions with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create quantum error correction protocols and mitigation strategies for real-world deployment
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on quantum security standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation in quantum-cloud hybrid computing platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum systems in production environments
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks and algorithms
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
