Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure with 99.99% reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop patent-pending quantum error correction protocols
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-ML integration
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum states
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum processor architectures
- Experience leading quantum cloud platform deployments
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
