Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish security protocols for quantum networks and data transmission
- Document quantum system specifications and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conference presentations
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems
