Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve 2026-era optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on next-gen quantum communication systems
- Create patent-pending quantum neural network architectures
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum circuits with error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions solving real-world problems
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
