Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithm optimization frameworks
- Architect scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing infrastructures
- Research and integrate emerging quantum materials (topological qubits, photonics)
- Develop quantum error mitigation protocols for practical deployment
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum security standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (IBM Quantum Experience, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography
