Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, error correction)
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with security teams to quantum-proof cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive quantum education initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Track record of securing R&D funding or patents in quantum technologies
