Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems and machine learning applications
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems for real-world enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography infrastructure
- Pioneer error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with demonstrable algorithm implementations
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
