- Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and product managers.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of AI deployments.

- Present strategic updates, forecasts, and technical concepts to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, or AI/ML leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling machine learning products to market.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, and data infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
