Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption standards
- Drive research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical engineering solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and their implementations
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in R&D funding for quantum initiatives
