Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in machine learning and optimization
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical supercomputing architectures
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum coherence exceeding 10,000 qubits
- Collaborate with physics teams to engineer novel quantum gate operations
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and best practices
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development with topological qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
