Responsibilities

- Lead research on quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Document quantum system specifications and maintain compliance with quantum security standards
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles and implementation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with low-temperature quantum hardware systems and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum standards)
