Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the company's technological vision and milestones for the year 2026.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive automation and efficiency across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align on long-term goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on future tech trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory changes expected in the next decade.
- Resource Allocation: Work with engineering and product teams to prioritize resources for high-impact, future-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into robust, scalable product strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation from concept to execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
