Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026 use cases
- Optimize qubit coherence and error correction systems for commercial deployment
- Partner with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
