Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for 2026-era AI
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols resistant to decryption
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical materials simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Define quantum security standards for financial systems
- Pioneer error mitigation techniques for practical quantum advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulators
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Knowledge of NISQ-era hardware constraints (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Experience with cryptographic protocol design
