Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-resistant system integration

- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum hardware optimization
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Quil frameworks
- Published research in Nature Physics or Physical Review X
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
