Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and integration standards
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Pioneer research in topological qubits and quantum machine learning interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance principles
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing or topological condensed matter physics
