Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI architectures for Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (e.g., Llama 3, GPT-4 equivalents) for specific industry verticals, focusing on inference speed and cost efficiency.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching novel techniques in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI services.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
