Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for commercial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for machine learning optimization and cryptographic systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputers
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for financial services and healthcare clients
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary Quantum Acceleration Program
- Publish research in IEEE Quantum Computing journals and present at Q2B conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government-contracted projects
