Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum hardware integration
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for real-world applications in cryptography and AI
- Establish industry standards for quantum-cloud hybrid architectures
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum scientists through our Quantum Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
