Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into quantum solutions
- Drive quantum algorithm innovation for practical industry applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction codes, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting qubits, trapped ions, photonic systems)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 logical qubits
- Experience with quantum machine learning and optimization algorithms
- Strong background in cryogenics, microwave engineering, or quantum optics
