Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve >99.9% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence enhancement
- Drive quantum security protocols for 2026-era digital infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
