Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, quantum algorithm development, and blockchain adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and due diligence on emerging technologies (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and manage an innovation incubator for prototype development and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and strategic impact on revenue growth
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related senior leadership role
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, CFTE)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and R&D teams
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
