Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity rates
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships with national laboratories
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience leading quantum projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC environments
