Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives exploring human-AI symbiosis and decentralized autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and climate-positive tech adoption
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and acquire disruptive 2026-era innovations
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, quantum engineers, and neuro-UX specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with focus on emerging tech
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech, or decentralized AI
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
