Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of proprietary AI models targeted for deployment in the 2026 technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategic technical roadmap and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for high-performance inference on next-gen edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning, to integrate cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
