Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and protocols for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on quantum security frameworks
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
