- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum annealing and superconducting systems
- Develop partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms in production environments
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proven track record leading complex technical projects with $1M+ budgets
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and microwave engineering
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
