Qualifications

- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated success in reducing quantum error rates by 10x+ in production systems
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or corporate R&D grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level system programming
