Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting platforms
- Develop error mitigation strategies for scalable quantum systems

- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Lead quantum computing workshops for enterprise partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 3+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Publication record in quantum computing research
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
