Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable quantum computing architectures
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and collaborate with MIT/Stanford partners
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercially viable products
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published breakthroughs
- Expertise in Shor's algorithm implementation and quantum error correction
- Proven track record securing federal research grants (NSF/NIH)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects preferred
