Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit scalability targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction research
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Partner with academia to publish 3+ papers/year in Nature/Science
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Implement quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience managing research teams of 10+ scientists
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technologies
- Track record of securing federal research grants
