Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NIH and NSF proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of postdoc experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid models
