Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to interface quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum supremacy applications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education initiatives
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and IP protection strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Proven ability to secure competitive research grants and corporate partnerships
