Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction techniques for scalable quantum systems

- Secure and manage research grants from federal and private institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion traps, photonic)
- Experience securing $500K+ in research funding
- Excellent collaborative skills with ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
