Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to architect the technical strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and AI agents.
- System Architecture: Design robust, cloud-native microservices architectures capable of handling millions of requests.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of industry trends to prototype and validate new technologies for our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Architecture: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
