Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design for optimization and simulation problems
- Strong background in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, or photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing environments
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into industry applications
